For NVIDIA owners out there, today the company has released a brand new GeForce Game Ready driver that is specifically aimed at improving support for two big upcoming games including two notable shooters that will leverage DLSS technology.

Hunt Showdown 1896 will be available on PC and console players from August 15th, a new chapter of Crytek’s greatly successful game. This update brings substantial improvements to both the game and its underlying engine, alongside the introduction of NVIDIA DLSS Super Resolution for PC. This feature is specifically designed to future-proof performance, optimizing while keeping visuals high for a more seamless and better gameplay experience.

More level-based the FPS Hunt: Showdown 1896 follows a few days later on August 12th, and not long after that will you get your first proper shot at Level Zero: Extraction as well. This new extraction horror shooter is a stylish Doghowl Games game that makes its debut with support for NVIDIA DLSS 3 and NVIDIA Reflex. This includes establishing high-performance expectations and less input latency for a more responsive, viscerally graphic experience from the get-go.

On the other hand, NVIDIA has put out a new version of its app in beta update which brings several improvements based on user feedback. A New Update with Display settings, RTX Video Super Resolution, and HDR Sliders fixes Users of the app will also receive a complimentary one-month subscription to Xbox Game Pass PC, adding extra value to the update.

DLSS stands for Deep Learning Super Sampling and is a major leap in AI-based graphics technology.
