Nothing Strengthens Its Presence in India with a New Exclusive Customer Service Center in New Delhi

London-based consumer electronics powerhouse, Nothing, has once again made headlines with the grand opening of its second Exclusive Customer Service Center, strategically located at M-16, 1st floor, Lajpat Nagar – 2, New Delhi – 110024, India.

This significant expansion underscores Nothing’s unwavering commitment to the Indian market and its rapidly expanding consumer base. Starting on March 21, the New Delhi center is set to redefine customer support and after-sales service standards in the region.

Nothing India Strengthens its After Sales Service: Unveils Second Exclusive Customer Service Center in Delhi

This development follows the successful launch of the first Exclusive Customer Service Center in Bengaluru in October 2023, a move that marked a major milestone in Nothing’s journey towards excellence in the Indian consumer landscape. The brand’s dedication to delivering superior customer experiences is evident in its ambitious plan to increase the number of service centers from 300 to over 350 by July 2024, thereby extending its reach to over 18,000 pin codes across India.

The timing of this inauguration couldn’t be more opportune, coming on the heels of the phenomenal success of the Phone (2a), which saw an astounding 60,000 units fly off the shelves within the first hour of its launch. The new Exclusive Service Center in Delhi is a testament to Nothing’s resolve to provide world-class service to its growing base of loyal customers and CMF enthusiasts.

Pranay Rao, Marketing Director at Nothing India, expressed his excitement about the launch: “At Nothing, we believe that exceptional product experiences are not just about innovative designs and cutting-edge technology but also about comprehensive after-sales support. We are thrilled to open our doors to the Exclusive Service Center in Delhi, a step that will undoubtedly strengthen the trust and credibility we have built among our valued Indian customers.”

The Exclusive Service Center in Delhi is poised to host regular service camps for Nothing customers, offering an extensive range of accessories, care packs, provisions for accidental/liquid damage, warranty upgrades, and more, all designed to enhance the ownership experience.

Looking to the future, Carl Pei’s company has ambitious plans to open three more service centers in Mumbai, Hyderabad, and Chennai by the end of 2024. Furthermore, the company aims to extend its footprint to 20 locations by 2025. Through these strategic expansions, Nothing reaffirms its dedication to enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty through unparalleled brand services and support, setting new benchmarks in the consumer electronics sector in India.

By continually investing in its service infrastructure and focusing on the delivery of exceptional after-sales service, Nothing is not just selling products; it’s building a community of satisfied and loyal customers across India.
