Nothing is gearing up to launch its latest smartphone lineup, the Nothing Phone 3a series, on March 4. Two variants are also said to be planned — a standard Phone 3a and a higher-end Phone 3a Pro.

This time around, while the Phone 2a was built on MediaTek Dimensity chipsets, Nothing’s Carl Pei has confirmed that Snapdragon processors will drive the latest devices. Recent reports have also revealed key specifications of the Phone 3a, detailing its display, battery, and camera setup. Besides, Nothing has confirmed that these smartphones will be produced locally at its Chennai facility.

Nothing Phone 3a Series Launching on March 4 with a Snapdragon Chipset, 120Hz AMOLED Display, and Triple Cameras

The rear camera layout has got the folks curious with a new teaser just released. The teaser showed two patterns — one which had three dots horizontally and another a vertical L shape — indicating that the upcoming Phone 3a and 3a Pro will likely have different rear camera setups. Nothing Phone 3a will come with a 6.72-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, as revealed through leaks.

The device is also likely to feature an IP64 rating, which means it will offer dust and water resistance. It could be equipped with Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 chipset and pack a 5,000mAh battery. One of the most notable upgrades in the Nothing Phone 3a could be its camera system. The smartphone is expected to feature a triple-camera setup, including a 50MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a telephoto camera with 2x zoom.

This marks a significant improvement, as previous Nothing phones lacked a dedicated telephoto lens. The Nothing Phone 3a series is set to debut globally and in India on March 4. The smartphone is expected to launch under ₹25,000 in India, including introductory discounts. It will be available for purchase via Flipkart.
