Nothing Expands Service Network Across India to Support Rapid Growth

London-based consumer tech brand Nothing, which has become the fastest-growing smartphone brand in India with an impressive 567% growth in the first half of 2024, is expanding its service centre network to better serve its growing customer base. As the company continues to experience rapid growth, Nothing India is focused on making customer support more accessible nationwide.

Nothing: New Service Centres in Hyderabad and Chennai

In October, Nothing India will open two new exclusive service centres in Hyderabad and Chennai, bringing the total number of exclusive centres in India to five. These new centres will join the existing locations in Kolkata and Gurgaon, ensuring customers in these regions have access to top-tier support.

To further enhance customer experience, Nothing India will also introduce priority exclusive service desks at five multi-brand service centres, with more locations set to open soon in Cochin, Ahmedabad, and Lucknow. These centres aim to provide quick, efficient, and seamless support for Nothing customers.

Expanded Service Network for Better Accessibility

In addition to the new service centres, Nothing India already offers pickup and drop services covering an extensive 18,000 pin codes across the country. This service makes it easy for customers to get reliable and convenient support without having to visit a service centre physically, ensuring that all users can access quality service regardless of their location.
