N’Golo Kante reminded the world exactly how good he is with his performances for France at Euro 2024. The former Chelsea midfielder won the man of the match award in the opening game at the Euros.
And he went on to have a strong showing throughout the tournament as Les Bleus eventually finished as semifinalists. Now, it seems like he could be on his way back to the Premier League with West Ham United exploring a deal for the midfielder.

The 33-year-old joined Al Ittihad last summer as a free agent on a bumper contract after leaving Chelsea. He made 269 appearances for the West Londoners, winning the Champions League, Europa League, FIFA Club World Cup, UEFA Super Cup, Premier League and FA Cup with them.
However, injuries played a crucial role in his Chelsea exit as he was injured for large parts of his final season in blue. Now, it remains to be seen if West Ham United can convince the 33-year-old to return to London after his performance at the Euros.
Right now, the main barrier to the transfer is the player’s wage demands, given his massive contract with Al Ittihad. The Hammers will be forced to spend big if they really want to bring Kante back to England this summer.
