Neymar to Barcelona reportedly in the talks once again

The rumours are back! Neymar is once again being linked with a return to Barcelona after spending three years with PSG.

While the Brazilian superstar has achieved a great deal of silverware with the Parisians, winning 3 Ligue 1 trophies in all his seasons in France, the French League doesn’t have a very good reputation among the people who appreciate the more competitive leagues.

Considering that Barcelona are currently in a financial crisis, on the verge of bankruptcy, it is impossible for them to realistically consider bringing their prodigal son back to the club.

Should they truly want to bring him back, though, a swap deal with Ousmane Dembele or Antoine Griezmann going the other way could be on the cards. In a rather desperate move, both the players could be sent to Paris to facilitate the return of Neymar to the club.

Martin Braithwaite, Samuel Umtiti and Junior Firpo are among the other players on the transfer list at Barcelona. Their sale should also raise funds to possibly facilitate a move back to Camp Nou.

The rumours were started by Spanish publication SPORT, on their printed and digital media front pages. Contrary to the report published by SPORT, there were rumours that Neymar was willing to stay at PSG.

However, if the Spanish publication are to be believed, the Brazilian could once again be on the end of a long list of headlines and social media posts fantasizing a reunion between him and Leo Messi at Camp Nou.

Many presidential candidates have reportedly made contact with the Brazilian regarding a return to Catalonia. It is without a shadow of a doubt, that if any of the candidates actually manage to facilitate and convince him to return, they will become the next in charge at Barcelona.
