## Shows Worth Getting Excited About

**Pokémon Horizons: Season 3 – Rising Hope** kicks off 2026 immediately, continuing Liko and Roy’s journey as they rebuild the leaderless Rising Volt Tacklers. A warm, familiar start to the anime year for longtime Pokémon fans.

**Baki-Dou** brings back the brutally entertaining martial arts madness of the Baki franchise. This season pits Baki against the resurrected legendary swordsman [Miyamoto Musashi](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Miyamoto_Musashi) in a cross-era showdown that sounds absolutely unhinged — and that’s exactly what we love about Baki.

**JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Steel Ball Run** is easily the most hyped anime on this entire list. Set in 19th-century North America during a grueling cross-continental horse race, it follows paraplegic ex-jockey Johnny Joestar and the mysterious Gyro Zeppeli. It’s Part 7 of the franchise and considered by many manga readers to be the finest arc ever written. Stage 1 has already dropped; Stage 2 is confirmed for 2026 with no firm date yet.

**BEASTARS Final Season – Volume 2** ends Legoshi’s story with a dramatic showdown against villain Melon. Fans who’ve waited since 2025 for this delay will finally get closure.

**One Piece: Elbaf Island Arc** is another fan milestone decades in the making — Elbaf, home of the Giant Warrior Pirates, has been teased since the series’ earliest days. April 2026 is when it finally arrives on Netflix.

**Devil May Cry Season 2** drops May 12, 2026, picking up with the highly anticipated Dante vs. Virgil confrontation that has fans already counting down the days.

**Dorohedoro Season 2** ends a six-year wait. The dark, chaotic, and wonderfully weird world of Hole and its magic-wielding tormentors returns after an agonizingly long hiatus.

**Bass X Machina** is the wildcard of the year — a brand-new steampunk western adult animated series from Studio Mir, featuring a stellar voice cast including Brian Tyree Henry and Janelle Monáe. October 6, 2026 is the date.

**Cyberpunk: Edgerunners Season 2** and **Dan Da Dan Season 3** remain without confirmed dates but are both greenlit and among the most anticipated anime of the near future. Keep an eye on our [anime and streaming updates at TechnoSports](https://technosports.co.in) for release date announcements.
