Austria 1-1 France
Ralf Rangnick’s men played fearless football against the defending Nations League winners and World Cup winners. They took the lead courtesy of Andreas Weimann shortly before half time, and did their best to fight throughout.
Kylian Mbappe was subbed on in the second half, and blazed through the Austrian defense to score the equaliser. The PSG star was the spark in France’s attack since coming on, and it was quite unfortunate that they weren’t able to get another goal despite coming close. Patrick Pentz put in a solid shift between the posts for his country, denying the visitors three points and earning a point as a result.
Denmark 0-1 Croatia
Mario Pasalic scored the only goal of the game in the 70th minute, helping his side to their first Nations League win in Copenhagen. The Atalanta midfielder was able to tap in following a corner, and eventually help his side take all the points.
Despite their loss, Denmark remain at the top of their Nations League table with six points while Austria and Croatia are second and third with four points each. France are at the bottom, with two points from three games.
