The hype has evaporated. After a steady opening weekend, Naslen’s *Mollywood Times* suffered a brutal 65% Monday crash, plummeting to just Rs. 65 lakh. With only Rs. 6.15 crore in the bag, the film is spiraling toward a sub-Rs. 10 crore finish. Despite a bold, meta-horror premise, lackluster word-of-mouth has effectively killed its theatrical run. A harsh reality check for Mollywood.
