Every K-pop stan’s fantasy just got a drama adaptation. **tvN’s “My Bias, My Boss”** dropped its highlight trailer, and it’s already striking a chord with anyone who’s ever dreamed of working alongside their favorite idol.

Based on the webtoon of the same name, the series follows Nam Da Reum (Kim Hye Joon), a devoted fan who changes jobs just for the chance to work alongside her longtime bias, Lee Chan (Cha Woo Min), a member of the idol group D.N.X. She explains that his songs saved her from loneliness at age 17, and to fulfill her dream of working with him, she leaves a coveted corporate job for the fashion startup Apello.

Eventually, Nam Da Reum does get her dream moment with Lee Chan, growing closer to him and even facing suspicion of being a corporate spy along the way. As she pushes through with hard work and perseverance, Kang Ha Gi slowly begins opening up to her, while Lee Chan keeps things exciting with his bold flirting — setting up a genuine love triangle that leaves her questioning her own feelings.

This kind of premise taps into a well-established romance trope: the workplace love triangle, a format that has powered countless [K-drama](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Korean_drama) storylines over the years thanks to its built-in tension and slow-burn chemistry.
