Mumbai City FC tops standings after a dominant 3-0 win over East Bengal FC

Mumbai City FC climbed to the top of the current Indian Super League standings with a dominant 3- 0 palm over the host East Bengal, in a match week 11 action at the Salt Lake Stadium on Friday.
