Earlier November this year, Motorola has officially announced its Moto G9 Power mid-range smartphone for some selected western countries. Now the company has confirmed that they will launch the Moto G9 Power in India on December 8. So, let’s go and check out the specifications of this smartphone.
Moto G9 Power runs on the Android 10 OS with Motorola’s My UX and is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 SoC chipset. Regarding the display, this phone features a 6.8-inch HD+ IPS LCD punch-hole display. This phone has a rear-mounted physical fingerprint scanner.
The SD 662 SoC of this phone is paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB (for India and China) of internal storage. The storage is further expandable up to 512GB via an external microSD card. Coming to the camera specs, this phone offers a triple rear camera setup which includes a 64MP main shooter alongside a 2MP macro cam, and a 2MP depth sensor. For the selfies, this phone has a 16MP selfie cam at the front inside the punch-hole cutout.
Now coming to the most important part which is its battery. The Moto G9 Power has a massive 6,000mAH battery with the support of a 20W charger over USB-C. That’s why this phone has got such kind of a name. This phone comes in two different color variants: Electic Violet and Metallic Sage. Regarding the connectivity, this phone includes Bluetooth 5.0, GNSS (GPS, AGPS, LTEPP, SUPL, Glonass, Galileo), NFC (varies by market), 3.5mm headphone jack, dual-microphone, USB Type-C port, and so on.
Regarding the price and availability, Moto G9 Power currently carries a price tag of €200 in Europe. We have to wait until December 8 to get a clearer view of its Indian pricing.
