Motorola Razr 50 Ultra Launched in India: Price, Specifications, and Features

Motorola Razr 50 Ultra has been launched in India. This is a new clamshell-style foldable handset from the Lenovo-owned company and packs in an even bigger 4-inch cover display than last year’s Razr 40 Ultra. It is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC and comes with an IPX8 rating for water resistance. A 4,000mAh battery with support for fast and wireless charging is located under the glass back of the phone. Last month, Motorola announced the Razr 50 Ultra globally and in China alongside the more modestly-priced Razr 50 model.

The phone is based on Android 14 and comes with a dual-SIM (Nano-SIM+eSIM) support running a 6.9-inch full-HD+ (1,080×2,640 pixels) LTPO pOLED inner display with up to a 165Hz refresh rate alongside as much as around the best touch sampling rate that measures at about up to 300 Hz and has got a pixel density of 413ppi. The 4-inch display has 1,080×1,272 pixels resolution and can be refreshed up to 165Hz with HDR10+ on the line. It is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus on the front and has a Vegan leather coating on the rear, with an aluminum frame.

Powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset, the Razr 50 Ultra comes with up to 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage. The phone has a dual outer camera setup, consisting of a 50-megapixel main sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS) and a 50-megapixel telephoto camera with 2x optical zoom. There is also a 32-megapixel camera on the inner display. The camera system supports various shooting modes and AI-powered tools like an action engine, auto smile capture, and gesture capture.

The Razr 50 Ultra is equipped with a 4,000mAh battery that supports 45W fast charging, 15W wireless charging, and 5W reverse charging. The phone comes with a 68W charger. It measures 73.99 x 171.42 x 7.09mm when open and 73.99 x 88.09 x 15.32mm when closed, and weighs 189g.
