Motorola is all set to launch Motorola Razr 2022 in China on August 2. Alongside, the company will also launch Moto Edge X30 Pro. Now ahead of the launch, it has been confirmed that Motorola Razr 2022 will feature Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset. Separately, Motorola Razr 2022 is also spotted on Geekbench.
Smartphones with model numbers XT2241-1 and XT2251-1 have appeared on the Geekbench listing. As per leaks, the Motorola Razr 2022 will be priced at EUR 1,149 (roughly Rs. 94,000). It will reportedly come in Quartz Black and Tranquil Blue color options.

Motorola Razr 2022 will feature an AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 20:9 aspect ratio. It is however not known if it will sport an LCD or an AMOLED display. It is expected that it will feature a 90Hz or 120Hz AMOLED display. It will reportedly feature a dual rear camera setup, including a 50-megapixel primary sensor and a 13-megapixel macro sensor. There will be a 32-megapixel camera on the front.
The smartphone will be powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset. This chipset is paired with Adreno 730 GPU. The handset is suggested to be backed by up to 12GB RAM and runs on the Android 12 operating system. Moto Razr 2022 has managed to score 1251 points in the single-core and 4076 points in the multi-core Geekbench test. The Razr 2022 may pack a 2800 mAh Bbattery.
Smartphone with the same model number has recently appeared on certifications sites like Wi-Fi Alliance, China’s MIIT, and 3C. The listing suggests that the device will arrive with a 33W charger, it was believed that the handset is a mid-range device but the Geekbench listing is pointing fingers at the Razr 2022.
The smartphone is expected to launch in China on August 2, it would be interesting to see what features Motorola is going to incorporate with the next-gen foldable phone.
