Motorola introduced three new phones, the Motorola Edge 50 Pro, Motorola Edge 50 Ultra, and Motorola Edge 50 Fusion, during the global launch event last month. Even though the Edge 50 Pro is already available in India, customers are waiting for the other two models to arrive.
The All New Motorola Edge 50 Fusion
Motorola has recently teased a phone, which, based on the mention of Fusion in the teaser, could be the Edge 50 Fusion. The phone’s color, a light blue, confirms that the teaser is for the Marshmallow Blue variant of the Edge 50 Fusion. The teaser confirms the phone’s back 50MP OIS camera and reveals a curved screen and a punch-hole selfie shooter.
Based on the above information, although the official India launch date has not been declared until high hopes usher in its first debut as the month comes to an end. Thus, as the expectations grow, the Edge 50 Fusion specifications remain as previously stated below; the device is equipped with a full HD 6.7-inch pOLED Endless Edge Display having a 144Hz refresh rate, and a 1,600 nits peak brightness capacity.
In addition, it is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 SoC processor alongside up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. Moreover, the phone is integrated with a 50MP OIS-enabled main camera, a 13MP ultra-wide camera, and a 32MP front camera.
As far as software is concerned, Motorola Edge 50 Fusion ships with Hello UI, based on Android 14. The phone is equipped with a strong 5,000mAh battery that is compatible with 68W TurboPower fast charging.
Meanwhile, an in-display fingerprint scanner, NFC, and an IP68 ranking for dust and water resistance are among the other notable features. The Motorola Edge 50 Fusion’s pricing starts at EUR 399, likely compared to the Edge 50 Pro, which starts at ₹31,999 in India. There is no information on when the Motorola Edge 50 Fusion will be available.
