The Moto G 5G (2024) was announced in March with the Moto G Power 5G (2024). The company now looks to be preparing to launch the 2025 versions of those models. The Moto G 5G (2025)’s design can be seen in the exclusive 5K renders and 360-degree video from Steve Hemmerstoffer (OnLeaks) for 91mobiles, months before the phone is scheduled to launch.

Moto G 5G (2025) Renders Showcase Full Design and Triple Rear Camera Upgrade

The Moto G 5G (2025) does not change up the design from its predecessor featuring a flat display, flat edges, and a slightly thick bottom bezel. It also highlights a 3.5mm headphone jack, side buttons, and a speaker grille. On the other hand, the rear camera setup is upgraded with a new design along with a third sensor. This square-shaped module houses three cameras and an LED flash. The 2025 model retains the 6.6-inch display seen in the 2024 version.

The phone measures 167.2 x 76.4 x 8.17mm, extending to 9.6mm with the camera bump. While detailed specifications for the Moto G 5G (2025) remain under wraps, the triple-camera setup is confirmed, with speculation that one of the sensors might be an ultra-wide lens. As a quick refresher, the Moto G 5G (2024) offered a 6.6-inch FHD+ 120Hz display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 processor, 4GB RAM, 128GB expandable storage (up to 1TB), 50MP primary and 2MP macro, as well as an 8MP selfie camera.

This device had a 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging and was powered by Android 14 with My UX. The 2024 model did not arrive in the Indian market and so it is uncertain if the 2025 model ever will either, the latest variant of which is priced at $199.99 (roughly ₹16,569) in the US. On the other hand, the Moto G Power 5G (2025) has visited multiple certification sites, giving an idea of its fast-approaching launch. Motorola is likely to reveal both phones at once.
