Leicester City to Chelsea

The Frenchman signed a new contract with Leicester only a while ago. But, pushed the club to deal with Chelsea and sell him to them for a record fee, which is among the most expensive player fees for a young centre-back.

CB: Matthijs de Ligt, €67m

Juventus to Bayern Munich

De Ligt has moved to the German giants as the replacement for Niklas Sule. He has been replaced by Gleison Bremer in the Juventus squad.

CB: Marc Cucurella, €80m

Ajax to Manchester United

The Antony transfer saga dragged on for a while, and Manchester United’s fourth bid worth €100 million was eventually accepted. The Brazilian is now officially a Manchester United player, as he wanted all along. Antony is at the top of the list of the most expensive players this summer.

CM: Casemiro, €70m

Real Madrid to Manchester United

It still feels surreal that Casemiro isn’t at Real Madrid anymore. The midfielder has reunited with former teammates Cristiano Ronaldo and Raphael Varane at Old Trafford, moving from Los Blancos.

CM: Aurélien Tchouameni, €80m

AS Monaco to Real Madrid

Madrid signed Casemiro’s replacement early on in the window. They paid Monaco €80 million for Tchouameni, making him La Liga’s most expensive player this summer.

LM: Raphinha, €58m

Leeds United to Barcelona

After a dramatic transfer saga involving Chelsea and Barcelona, the winger chose to join the Blaugranas and has now scored his first official goal for them too.

FW: Darwin Núñez, €75m

SL Benfica to Liverpool

Early in the window, Liverpool identified Nunez as a valuable addition to their front line. He is now tasked with replacing Sadio Mane in the line-up.

FW: Alexander Isak, €70m

Real Sociedad to Newcastle United

Newcastle United have signed their most expensive player this transfer window in Alexander Isak. The Swiss striker is now the record signing for the Magpies under their new ownership.

FW: Erling Haaland, €60m

Borussia Dortmund to Manchester City

Considering the kind of quality Haaland has shown, and is showing right now, €60 million is a bargain for the Norwegian. He is already on his way to an iconic Premier League career.
