Mohun Bagan SG are expected to shuffle their attacking line-up in the off season, with Jason Cummings and Armando Sadiku both likely to leave. The Australian will only leave the club if he gets a European offer – which hasn’t arrived yet.

On the other hand, Sadiku has been rumoured to be on the transfer list for a while now. The striker has been used in a rotational role by Antonio Habas, and has been the subject of fan criticism a lot of times too.

Mohun Bagan SG to have attacking line-up change in 2024

In spite of his criticism, the Albanian has scored eight goals in 22 ISL games this season, helping them win the Shield. The 32-year-old is expected to have a number of options on the table in the coming weeks, with an exit seemingly the most probable solution.

However, Jason Cummings could end up staying at the club for another season if no European offer arrives. The World Cupper arrived to immense fanfare at Mohun Bagan SG, and has been effective when called upon, scoring 15 goals in 29 games across all competitions.

At 28, he is still at the peak of his abilities and could be signed by a club at a higher level. And in that case, Mohun Bagan SG will be dealt a significant blow, since they are already losing Kiyan Nassiri to Chennaiyin FC in the summer transfer window.
