Mohun Bagan Super Giant have finished assembling one of the most star-studded foreign contingents in the Indian Super League, wrapping up a summer of ambitious recruitment aimed squarely at silverware after narrowly missing out on the 2025-26 title.

## Mohun Bagan’s Full International Roster

| Player | Nationality | Position |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Jamie Maclaren | Australia | Striker |
| Samir Zeljković | Bosnia | Defensive Midfielder |
| Miguel Figueira | Brazil | Attacking Midfielder |
| Lee Erwin | Scotland | Forward |
| Dejan Dražić | Serbia | Winger/No.10 |
| Alberto Rodríguez | Spain | Centre-back |

## Filling a Long-Standing Gap

Dejan Dražić’s pairing with Brazilian playmaker Miguel Figueira could become a genuinely major asset for the Mariners’ midfield this season, with the Serbian’s sharp footballing IQ and link-up ability expected to build strong chemistry with Figueira in the final third. Meanwhile, Samir Zeljković addresses a gap Mohun Bagan have felt since Joni Kauko’s departure at the end of 2023-24 — a foreign central defensive midfielder capable of both shielding the backline and anchoring attacks from deep.

## Building Around Proven Firepower

Jamie Maclaren was one of Mohun Bagan’s standout performers last season, scoring 10 goals and often single-handedly carrying the team to results, while Dražić himself arrives on a two-year deal worth roughly ₹2.85 crore per season, fresh off a career-best campaign with FC Goa that saw him register 10 goals and five assists.

## What It Means for Panagiotis Dilmperis

With genuine depth now spread across midfield, attack and defence, head coach Panagiotis Dilmperis has real tactical flexibility heading into a season that includes AFC continental football alongside the ISL title chase.
