Mobvoi announced its latest smartwatch called the TicWatch Pro 3 GPS. It’s a major upgrade from its predecessors. Since the company has finally decided to migrate from Snapdragon Wear 2100 series to the latest Snapdragon Wear 4100 platform.
With snapdragon 4100, the overall experience of the new watch is about to get a massive upgrade.
The smartwatch measures 47 x 48 x 12.2 mm and weighs 41.9 g. it sports a 1.4-inch AMOLED screen. While sporting 1GB of RAM and 8GB of ROM, the smartwatch comes with a 577 mAh battery that easily lasts up to 72 hours in its smart mode and 45 days in Essential Mode.
The company has left no stones unturned in providing sensors for its new smartwatch. It has included a GPS module that supports Beidou, GLONASS, Galileo, and QZSS. The smartwatch also comes with a PPG heart rate sensor, a gyroscope, and a barometer.
The TicWatch Pro 3 GPS is certified as IP68 water and dust resistance. It is also capable of measuring the stress levels and has a built-in microphone with a sensitivity of 30 to 120 dB.
Mobvoi has offered hundreds of watch faces for the devices which stand to appeal to all kinds of users. The smartwatch also supports NFC for use with Google Pay.
One outstanding feature of the smartwatch is the inclusion of 13 workout modes that will integrate with the smartwatch’s blood oxygen saturation monitor while exercising.
