“Mithya”: The trailer reveals Huma Qureshi and Avantika Dassani engage in a psychological game

The new trailer of Huma Qureshi featuring Mithya has been released. This series is the debut of Bhagyashree’s daughter Avantika Dassani. The plot of the show is set in Darjeeling and tracking the conflicted relationships between the professor and her student.

Mithya: Plot

The trailer starts with Huma declaring the topic for an assignment in a classroom. She earlier accuses one student of plagiarism. In this show, we will see Huma Qureshi play the role of Juhi who is a university professor of Hindi literature, Avantika playing the role of her student as Rhea Rajguru. It starts the matter with the academic deception, snowballs into the psychological battle in between the who like neither are willing to return.

Mithya: Cast

This show is featuring Huma Qureshi, Avantika  Dassani, and Parambrata Chatterjee. It has been directed by Rohan Sippy and also bankrolled by Applause Entertainment along with Rose Audio Visual Production. The director Rohan  Sippy said in a  statement,  ” Mithya is a tense and dramatic thriller. Playing out in a university where knowledge and truth are pursued, but each character deceives each other, us,  and ultimately b themselves. We hope Mithya will have audiences on the edge of their seat with a constant twist, turns, revelations, and co0nsequences.”

 The lead actress Huma Qureshi said, “ When I read the script of Mithya, I was immediately drawn to this world and all the layered char4acters. It was exciting to be a part of a  category like this and to play a Hindi professor, which is a first for me. I loved working  with Rohan Sippy, Goldie Behl, and all the actors and I am hoping that Mithya keeping  you will hook just like the way I was.”

Avandia Dassani said, “ I am so excited for a little piece of our series to be out and for the audience to know what they are in for. Working on this series has been like an institution of learning for me. From Rohan  sir’s through guidance to bring  the well etche4d  out rhea from the script to screen or  sharing space with the phenomenal actors just like  Huma, Parambrata, Rajit sir and  our whole cast who have all been so giving and encouraging, Mithya as my first project, has been  nothing short  of a dream.”

Parambrata Chatterjee said, “ Thrillers are the flavor of the season, but Mithya is unique, engrossing, and compelling. It was a treat to shoot in Darjeeling with a stellar cast and crew where we were all driven towards delivering one of the best dark psychological thrillers in India. I think we have  done a pretty good job and we are now waiting for the audience verdict on 18th February.”
