Mirzapur isn’t just having a good run — it’s currently the **third-biggest Hindi hit of 2026**, trailing only Dhurandhar: The Revenge and Hanuman Ansh. That’s a big deal for an industry still figuring out how to turn streaming hits into theatrical gold. As 90s-era superstars fade out and new faces struggle to fill the void, IP-driven successes like this one are becoming the industry’s safety net — proving a beloved digital brand can absolutely pull crowds to the big screen.

If this trend holds, expect more OTT shows lining up for a cinematic release soon.
