“I feel ready and recovered. I have had a couple of weeks at home, but I have tried to stay fit. Now I’m looking forward to joining the group.”

The ex-Juventus player had been a major part of the team’s success in the Serie-A, was in Barca’s radar for quite some time. Getting him, sacrificing Arthur was heavily criticized by all, however, he is here to play as a preferred defensive midfielder role at the club [under Koeman](https://technosports.co.in/2020/08/25/here-are-the-signings-koeman-will-make-after-bidding-farewell-to-the-senior-players/) and we are all looking forward to this season.
