K-pop’s sales numbers just got a fresh stamp of approval. [Circle](https://technosports.co.in/)Chart’s latest certification batch confirms what fans already knew: this has been a stacked year for album sales and streaming milestones. **CORTIS** leads the pack with a rare “million” certification — over 1 million copies sold of the Weverse version of their EP *GREENGREEN* — while a wave of double platinum and platinum honors landed across HYBE and beyond.

These certifications aren’t just bragging rights. Circle Chart runs South Korea’s official [music recording certification](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Music_recording_certification) system, verifying real sales and streaming numbers rather than estimates, so a plaque here reflects genuine commercial impact.

## Who Got Certified?

| Certification | Artist | Release | Milestone |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Million | CORTIS | GREENGREEN (Weverse ver.) | 1M+ copies sold |
| Double Platinum | TXT’s Yeonjun | NO LABELS: PART 02 | 500K+ copies sold |
| Double Platinum | i-dle | We made | 500K+ copies sold |
| Double Platinum | SEVENTEEN’s V8 | V8 | 500K+ copies sold |
| Double Platinum | ILLIT | MAMIHLAPINATAPAI | 500K+ copies sold |
| Double Platinum | HYNN | The Lonely Bloom Stands Alone | 200M+ streams |
| Platinum | LE SSERAFIM | Perfect Night | 100M+ streams |
| Platinum | HAON (feat. Sik-K) | Boong-Boong | 100M+ streams |

What stands out is the range: brand-new comebacks sitting next to HYNN’s 2019 ballad, still racking up streams six years later — proof that a good song’s shelf life in Korea doesn’t expire when the promotions do.

### FAQs

### **What’s the difference between platinum and million certifications?**

Platinum requires 250,000 album sales, while a million certification means an album has sold over 1 million copies.

### **Why did a 2019 song like HYNN’s ballad get certified now?**

Circle Chart certifications are cumulative, so older songs cross new streaming thresholds over time and earn certification whenever they hit the mark.
