Micromax has announced the Micromax In Note 2 as the first smartphone of 2022. New information suggests that the Micromax In 2c could be the company’s next handset, the moniker of the device has now surfaced in the database of the Google Play supported devices list, which indicates that it may go official soon.
Tipster Abhishek Yadav has shared that the Micromax In 2X has surfaced with model number E6533 in the Google Play-supported devices list. This model number has been previously spotted at the Bureau of Indian Standards and Geekbench benchmarking site.
The Micromax In 2C’s Geekbench listing had surfaced back in June 2021, it had revealed that the device will pack a Unisoc T610 chip, 4GB RAM, and Android 11 OS. In the Geekbench single-core and multi-core tests, the handset secured 347 and 1127 points respectively. As the name suggests, the In 2C will replace the Micromax In 2b smartphone from last year.
Unfortunately, there is no information on the specs of the Micromax In 2c specs, the device is expected to launch in March with a price tag of 10,000 INR. We can expect newer reports to reveal more details about the In 2c in the coming days.
The Micromax In Note 2 introduced last month came with a 6.43″ AMOLED FHD+ display with Gorilla Glass protection, a 16MP selfie shooter, and a quad-camera setup on the rear with a 48MP+5MP+2MP+2MP setup. The device was powered with the Helio G95 chip and it arrived with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage, a 5,000mAh battery with 30W charging, Android 11 OS, and a side-facing fingerprint scanner.
