Xiaomi’s upcoming flagship Mi 11 is expected to be launched later this month, probably on December 29. Not every, but some of the things we’ve already known about this upcoming smartphone ahead of its launch. After the launch of the Snapdragon 888 chipset, Xiaomi has confirmed that its upcoming Mi 11 lineup will be powered by this newest SD 888 processor. Recently, a new leak has come out regarding this, showing a tempered protective glass image of the Mi 11. Let’s take a look at it and try to gather some information about the smartphone.
As per the shape of the tempered glass, it looks that the Mi 11 will feature a curved screen with a punch-hole on the top right corner of the display. This design looks quite similar to the design of the Mi 10, Mi 10 Pro, and Mi 10 Extreme Edition. So, it is confirmed that Mi 11 is not going to feature an under-display selfie camera. As per the confirmation from Xiaomi, there will be surely something in 2021 from them that will feature an under-display selfie camera.
In terms of its other specifications, as earlier mentioned, the Mi 11 will be powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 flagship chipset, expected to be paired with 8GB of RAM. The battery of this phone is expected to be powered by 55W of fast charging. As the Mi 11 lineup is the upcoming flagship series from Xiaomi, the high-end version of it will definitely have some extraordinary features, such as a 2K AMOLED screen from Samsung with a faster refresh rate of 120Hz, and a 120W ultra-fast flash charging support for its battery as well.
In terms of the camera section, Mi 11 will feature a squircle shaped triple rear camera setup on the back supported by an LED flashlight that includes a 108MP main camera, 13MP ultra-wide, and a 5MP macro sensor.
