Mi 10 Ultra is launched today in China in Xiaomi’s 10th Anniversary celebration event. Mi 10 series has already three smartphones – Mi 10, Mi 10 Pro, and Mi 10 Lite. The Mi 10 was launched in India back in May. While a recent report also claimed that if Mi 10 Lite launched in India then it might be named Mi 10i. Mi 10 Ultra comes in a normal variant and a transparent variant.
Specifications of Mi 10 Ultra
Mi 10 Ultra features a 6.67-inch FHD+ OLED display with 120Hz refresh rate. The phone has a quad camera setup at back including a 48MP main camera that includes a custom-manufactured image sensor, a 20MP ultra-wide-angle shooter, a 12MP portrait camera, and a telephoto shooter with support for 120x ultra-zoom that is likely company speak for hybrid zoom that essentially combined optical zoom and digital zoom to offer this insane zoom capability. There is also a 20MP front camera housed in the punch hole cut on the display.
Mi 10 Ultra runs on MIUI 12, based on Android 10. It features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC, paired with upto 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and upto 512GB UFS 3.1 storage. The phone is powered by a 4,500mAh battery that support 120W wired fast charging and will take just 23 minutes to fully charge the battery. Mi 10 Ultra comes with VC liquid cooling, multi-layer graphite, thermal sensor array, and Graphene for effective temperature management of the phone.
The Mi 10 Ultra will be available in Obsidian Black, Mercury Silver, and in a Transparent Edition colour and designs.
Price and Availability
Mi 10 Ultra is priced at CNY 5,299 (approx Rs.57,000) for the base 8GB + 128GB variant, CNY 5,599 (approx Rs.60,100) for the 8GB + 256GB, CNY 5,999 (approx Rs.64,400) for the 12GB + 256GB and CNY 6,999 (approx Rs.75,200) for the 16GB + 512GB variant.
