As MD points out, Catalunya Ràdio has revealed that last week that Leo Messi has called Pep Guardiola. Messi has informed him of his situation at Barcelona, his doubts and even consulted Pep to find out his predisposition to sign him for Manchester City.

As per the aforementioned info, Guardiola would be delighted to sign Messi for Manchester City. Also, it is reported that the English club has about 300 million euros to invest in signings, so you can never rule out Messi to leave Barça for Manchester City.
