Meizu 18 spotted on Chinese retailer website ahead of launch soon

A piece of good news is coming out from Meizu, as the company is planning to launch Meizu 18 series soon. The company will introduce this upcoming series with Qualcomm’s flagship 888 SoC. According to the source, the Meizu 18 has also been spotted on the Chinese retailer platform Pinduoduo, which indicates that this phone will soon debut in China.

The company will introduce two smartphones in this series initially, the Meizu 18 and Meizu 18 Pro. The Chinese Pinduoduo platform also reveals that the starting price of this series will be 4,699 Yuan. Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 888 SoC will power both smartphones of this upcoming series. This series’s Pro variant will come with a Samsung E4 AMOLED panel with a punch hole notch to hold a selfie camera. The display of this phone will offer a 120Hz of refresh rate.

According to the report, the Meizu 18 Pro comes with a quad-camera setup, which includes a periscope telephone sensor supported by a 5x optical zoom. The battery of this handset is expected to support 100W fast charging technology and 40W/55W wireless fast charging. But unfortunately, we haven’t got any information regarding the battery capacity.

The Meizu 18 Pro will be replacing the previously launched Meizu 17 Pro. This phone is expected to launch in China with a starting price of 4,699 Yuan. Unfortunately, we haven’t got any other information regarding the specification of this upcoming phone. I hope the company will disclose all the details soon.
