MediaTek has already become the market leader globally and even in major markets like the US in terms of SoCs shipped. Now, their new flagship SoC Dimensity 9000 is truly flagship-level as per the latest leaks we have received but now we have spotted it running on an actual phone, that too a Xiaomi one.
The tipster @UniverseIce shared a Geekbench benchmark of a Xiaomi phone with Dimesity 9000 chipset and that shows its far superior or comparable to a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 found in a flagship Galaxy S22 series smartphones which cost over $1000 in price.
