Marcus Rashford denied ruling out a move abroad in the future. In a recent interview with Guardian, Rashford said that he’s interested in playing abroad.

The England star said, “Playing in another country? I would never say no. Other than Manchester United, I’m a big fan of Real Madrid and Barcelona, because they’ve had great players and played attractive football. Everybody watches them.”

Rashford also admitted that his next task is learning Spanish and Italian – slowly, patiently, word by word and he believes the better he can communicate with other players, the better his football will be. He said, “When I was growing up, learning a language wasn’t deemed important in school.”

“There wasn’t that expectation on you. Football has given me the opportunity to travel to different countries, and you have certain countries you like and want to learn more about, and learning a language is definitely a part of that.”

Marcus Rashford is one of the United’s academy products and has been at United for the entirety of his senior career and is tied to a contract through to 2023. In 270 appearances for Manchester United, he has scored 88 goals. He has won one UEFA Europa League and one FA Cup in his career with Manchester United.

However, he is still an inspiration outside the football pitch. Marcus Rashford has become the youngest person ever to top the Sunday Times Giving List. He has donated £20m to food, poverty, and community charities (partnered with FareShare), a sum greater than his personal wealth.
