Manisha Kalyan is taking another step further in her career, and is set to join Greek side PAOK after leaving Apollon Ladies. She became the first Indian to play and score in the UEFA Women’s Champions League, and is now set to become the first Indian to play in the Greek first tier.
PAOK are regulars in the UEFA Women’s Champions League and have won the Women’s League a record 19 times. As a result, it will provide an immense amount of exposure to the 22-year-old, who is among the best talents from India.

After coming up through the renowned Gokulam Kerala academy, Kalyan went on to play in the Cyprus with Apollon when she was just 17, making her debut in the UWCL Qualifiers at the time. Now, she is set for a step up to Greece at the promising age of 22.
Only time will tell how things pan out for the striker on her new adventure. But considering how well she has adapted to her new surroundings, the forward seems set to level up her game once again.
