Manchester United was trying to sign a winger last summer. They were interested in Borussia Dortmund’s winger Jadon Sancho. But they failed to sign as they cannot match the asking price for the English winger.

After that, they tried to sign FC Barcelona winger Ousmane Dembélé on loan. But FC Barcelona wanted a permanent deal only for the French winger. Finally, Manchester United ended up signing Facundo Pelistri and Amad Diallo.

But Manchester United wants to sign the French winger on a loan deal. FC Barcelona is facing financial issues recently. The Spanish side wants to reduce the salaries of some players. So they may accept the offer from Manchester United.

Ousmane Dembélé is in good form recently whenever he got the chance to play. He has appeared only 7 times this season but has scored 2 goals already. Both of his goals have come in UEFA Champions League this season.

Some of the reports in England are already suggesting that Manchester United is monitoring the situation of Ousmane Dembélé. Dembélé did not want to renew his contract with FC Barcelona. His contract will end in 2022. Manchester United will approach only for a loan deal without a condition to buy after the contract ends.
