Manchester United is considering rewarding Luke Shaw with a stunning contract for his excellent performance this season.

Luke Shaw has a vital role in Manchester United’s performance this season. Manchester United defender Luke Shaw is the third-best creators in Europe’s top 5 league this season.

Manchester United signed Alex Telles last summer from Porto. Some people thought the Red Devils had chosen the new man over long-time first choice, Luke Shaw, in the position. However, things have not gone according to how they were expected in Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s squad as Luke Shaw turned things around.

The English left-back has registered six assists so far this season, five in the Premier League and one in the Champions League. It equals his total of the last three seasons combined. Shaw challenged Alex Telles in a ‘healthy fight’ for the first team football and emerged as the most creative full-back in the Premier League in the process. Recently he scored against Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City when United beat City at their home.

Luke Shaw was the ‘Player of the Month’ for Manchester United in February. His performance for the club caught the eye of England boss Garry Southgate. Luke Shaw has been called up to the England squad for the forthcoming batch of fixtures.

However, his contract is going to end in 2023. United will surely try to keep him for some more years.
