The Etihad has a new architect. Manchester City secured Enzo Maresca for a staggering £17 million, triggering one of football’s priciest managerial moves ever.

- **The Cost:** £17M paid by City plus a personal fee from Maresca.
- **The Stakes:** Succeeding Pep Guardiola is the ultimate challenge.
- **The History:** Only Julian Nagelsmann’s £21.7M move to Bayern remains more expensive.

Big money, bigger pressure.
