Chennai Super Kings have officially parted ways with batting coach Michael Hussey ahead of IPL 2027.

This major exit marks a total overhaul of CSK’s coaching staff, following Stephen Fleming’s departure for Zaheer Khan and Mohit Sharma replacing Eric Simmons. After eight years shaping Chennai’s batting lineup, “Mr. Cricket” bids farewell as the five-time champions enter a brand-new era.
