Macklemore donated his entire $1 million Ed Sheeran tour earnings to Palestinian aid organizations. He publicly challenged New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft, who allegedly blocked his performance for “Free Palestine” messaging, to match it. Kraft swiftly pledged $2 million, stating Sheeran had independently asked him to contribute. Macklemore’s removal from the tour sparked this bold move, with Sheeran denying complicity in the decision.
