Tusshar Kapoor is coming with a new mystery thriller film titled, ‘Maarrich’. This film is close to the heart concerning this Tusshar Kapoor stated, “This movie is very close to my heart for many reasons. ‘Maarrich’ is my 2nd movie as a financer after ‘Lakshmi’ and I have been working for a very long time. After that, I am going to rejoin Naseeruddin Shah sahib.” The movie, written and directed by Dhruv Lather, has been reported as a whodunit thriller.
The actor-producer says his character in ‘Maarrich’ is different and demanding too. Tusshar said, “The movie has questioned me as an actor on many levels as it is very opposed to the work I have been related with earlier. I hope the viewer will love this new look of me.” Giving details about the movie, he wrote on his Instagram handle, “Caution, you are about to get twisted in the world of Marich. Catch the evil.”
In this film, we will see Tusshar playing the role of a cop in the crime drama Maarrich who is looking for a serial killer affecting havoc in the city. Even So, the exact narrative of the movie has not yet been revealed by the producers. We will need to wait till we see the teaser or trailer before we can find out.
Tusshar Kapoor, the amazing actor Dharmendra’s son who debuted in the Hindi cinema industry, has grappled to begin his acting career. Even so, Tusshar went on to win over the viewer with his picture of Lucky in the 2006 film “Golmaal,” in which he materialized. Later, the actor emerged in many comedic and serious Hindi parts. Maarrich is a forthcoming dark mystery thriller Hindi movie which is directed by director-actor-cinematographer Dheeraj Lather who is popular for playing ‘Dheeraj” in the TV drama show Na Aana Iss Des Laado. Previously Dheeraj worked as an assistant director to Rajkumar Santoshi for his film “Halla Bol”. The forthcoming mainly-expected project marks his feature directorial debut.

The movie is bankrolled by actor Tusshar Kapoor under his banner Tusshar Entertainment House in association with NH Studios. It begins with veteran Bollywood actor Naseeruddin Shah as the main character whereas Tusshar himself is playing a cop in the mystery thriller movie.
Shah was currently seen in Shakun Batra’s directorial romantic drama movie Gehraiyaan whereas Tusshar is making his comeback after five long years. He was last seen in Golmaal Again which was released in Oct 2017.
Along with these stars Seerat Kapoor, Kiran Kumar, Nakul Sachdeva, Himanshu Kohli, Anita Hassanandani, Aakash Dahiya, Kiran Kumar, Kushal Punjabi, and Dipannita Sharma in important characters.
Maarrich Movie: Release Date
Tusshar Kapoor’s second film as a producer, “Maarrich,” follows the captious acclaimed “Laxmi,” which had a direct digital premiere on Hotstar OTT Platform. The movie’s theatrical distribution and 09 Dec 2022, release date have both been confirmed by the Maarrich team. The film’s OTT release date may be disclosed following its theatrical debut. The film has set to hit theaters on 9th December 2022.
