M3 MacBooks will most likely not launch in 2023

With the iPhone 15 series and “Wonderlust” only three days away, there’s a new rumour that most of us probably didn’t want to hear. According to Apple analyst and tipper Ming-Chi Kuo, Apple will likely forgo M3 MacBooks in 2023 and instead debut the lineup in 2024.

This contradicts an earlier Bloomberg story that Apple could unveil entry-level M3 MacBooks at an October launch event.

According to reports, Apple may put M3 processors – which are believed to be more sophisticated technology with 3nm process – into 13″ MacBook Pro, 13″ and 15″ MacBook Air, as well as Mac Mini. According to Mark Gurman, all of these could be ready by next year.

It wouldn’t be surprising if Apple chose to delay the release of new Macs. Apple did not debut any new Macs during its October event the prior year, instead revealing the MacBook Pro with M2 Pro and M2 Max CPUs in January. However, Kuo’s inclusion of MacBooks in his tweet does not rule out the prospect of a new iMac debuting in the autumn of 2023.

In other news, we are also hearing the rumors that Apple is planning to release an affordable range of MacBooks in India to take on the Chromebook market. However, the cupertino based tech giant will most likely not enter the affordable market, becuase I believe it wont produce much profit to the company. And come on, Apple is know to put a hole in our pockets, it wont be the same thing if one day Apple becomes affordable.
