Loki Writer thinks Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness will inspire the series

The second season of Loki is one of the most awaited and controversial series right now. Michael Waldron is currently chasing behind the scenes in the MCU. The talented writer is not only just responsible for writing Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, that’s recently has the number of critics 74%, while 86% audiences score on Rotten Tomatoes.

He also serves as executive producer and writer for the first season of Loki. In the second season, he served as the head writer. He just reveals some big things for the hopes and follow-ups and hopes also inspire the new Strange film with great inspiration.

Loki' Writer Teases Season 2 Connections with 'Doctor Strange 2'

Waldron told to Polygon,” I don’t if I could go any weirder than we went in season 1,” he also added,” we had an alligator drinking wine out of a kiddie pool. That felt like the Mount Everest peak weird! I think there are plenty of opportunities there. We are always looking to outdo ourselves, but hopefully, it’s always driven by the character. And yeah, I learned from this movie once again, that no idea is too crazy. You can write Stephen Strange possessing his own corpse, and maybe you will end up shooting it. That encourages me to be bold, ich is good.”

Earlier this month, in an interview with Digital Spy, Waldron just confirmed that Eric Martin will serve as a headed writer for the second season of Loki.

Waldron told,” Well, I mean, look, everything leads i8nto everything.” he also added,” we have hired a couple of great directors. Benson and Moorhead are brilliant. Eric Martin has also taken over as the head writer of season 2. so, the creative tea is fantastic. As Tom once said, there’s plenty more mischief to come.”

Why Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness Doesn't Connect to Loki | Den of Geek

It is expected that the shooting of the second season of Loki will start in the second week. We are expecting, in this series, we will see Tom Hiddleston, Owen Wilson, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Sophia Di Martino, and Wunmi Mosakku. After the first season ended with Jonathan Majors’ debut as “he Who Remains,” all the fans are eagerly waiting for the second season and wishing it will be a king size.

The previous Loki director Kare Herron will not direct this time as he has been busy handling other opportunities. The director said,” I would say that when I joined Loki, it was always going to be those six episodes. We were treating it like a movie, and we are running it like a movie. We were not doing it in showrunner system,” he also added,” So, it was a lot to direct theses six episodes, and I gave it all of my energy and everything I had in my soul and in my heart. I threw everything I loved about Marvel at it. So, I always intended just to do these six.”

A big thanks for the source.
