**Little Thomas** arrives in theatres across India on **23rd October 2026**. Set in 1990s Goa, it follows a boy who wants a baby brother and decides to make it happen himself. Gulshan Devaiah and Rasika Dugal play his parents, and [Anurag Kashyap](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anurag_Kashyap) is among the producers.

## What Is Little Thomas About?

Thomas is a seven-year-old only child who is told that to get a baby brother, his parents will have to kiss. The problem is that they’ve been quarrelling. So he sets out to bring them closer, which sets off a chain of innocent chaos. The trailer mixes light humour with gentle family tension, and the retro Goan setting keeps everything warm and close.

## Why This Film Stands Out?

It marks Kashyap’s first children’s film since his 2007 animated venture *Return of Hanuman*. Director Kaushal Oza says it’s inspired by his own childhood. Producer Ranjan Singh calls it a simple, sweet film the whole family can watch together, made to remind them why they make films. Devaiah has called it the “cutest” film he has been part of.

## The Music

Two songs are already out, and both lean into the child’s point of view.

| Song | Highlights |
| --- | --- |
| **Do Guna Zindagi** | Sung by Raghav Meattle, it captures a Goan family’s small victories and quiet hopes |
| **Adults Wrong Hai** | Released on 6th October, composed by Shailendra Barve, with lyrics co-written by Oza and Singh |

Oza says *Adults Wrong Hai* questions the idea that grown-ups have life figured out, because children’s joys and sorrows are unfiltered.
