Netflix has created and obtained some of the best nonfiction films that include docuseries that is worth watching. The docuseries named Night Stalker: The Hunt for a Serial Killer.

Starting from the year 2014, 11 Netflix’s original documentaries have been nominated for an Oscar for the Best Documentary Feature in which it has won the coveted award twice.

The list of Netflix’s documentaries includes social issues such as mass incarceration but it also includes incompetent crime detective stories.

Night Stalker: The Hunt for a Serial Killer (2021)

Night Stalker: The Hunt for a Serial Killer is a 2021 crime documentary miniseries. It is a 4-part series. This series is executively produced by Tiller Russel, Eli Holzman, Aaron Saidman, and Tim Walsh. Night Stalker: The Hunt for a Serial Killer is a series about the serial killer Richard Ramirez. The story tells us about the spellbinding true story of how one of the most brutal serial killers in American history was hunted down, caught and brought to justice.

American Murder: The Family Next Door (2020)

American Murder: The Family Next Door is an American true crime documentary film. It is directed by Jenny Popplewell. The series tells us about the Watts family, where 34-year-old Shanann Watts and her two daughters go missing in Frederick, Colorado. With an ending that is simply heartbreaking, this story has made its headlines worldwide.

Don’t F**k With Cats: Hunting an Internet Killer (2019)

Don’t F**k With Cats: Hunting an Internet Killer is a 2019 true crime documentary series. It is directed by Mark Lewis and was released on 18th December 2019 on Netflix. It is a story about an online manhunt. The chronical events in the series are followed by a crowd-sourced amateur investigation into a series of animal cruelty acts committed by Canadian pornographic actor Luka Magnotta. It was one of Netflix’s Top 5 most-watched documentaries of 2019.

Killer Ratings (2019)

Killer Ratings is a Brazilian-British true crime documentary TV series. It was released on 31st 2019 on Netflix. The series tells us the true-life story of a Brazilian TV host who has been accused of killing literally Killer Ratings is the bizarre true-life story of a Brazilian TV host accused of killing – literally – for ratings and using the show to cover them up.

Conversations with a Killer: The Ted Bundy Tapes (2019)

Conversation with a Killer: The Ted Bundy Tapes is an American documentary. It was released on 24th January 2019, it is a 30th anniversary of Bundy’s execution. The series was created and directed by Joe Berlinger. It consists of four episodes with 60 minutes each which were sourced from over 100 hours of interviews and archival footage of serial killer Ted Bundy, as well as interviews with his family, friends, surviving victims, and the law enforcement members who worked on his case.
