Lionel Messi Inter Miami debut: After his impressive presentation as a new player for Inter Miami, the big question is: “When will Lionel Messi make his Inter Miami debut?”

The player has answered that question himself, and will be playing on July 21, this Friday, when Inter Miami make their Leagues Cup debut against Cruz Azul at the DRV PNK Stadium. Messi revealed that he would be making an appearance in their next game. However, whether or not he will start the game remains up in the air.

If Messi doesn’t make his debut on July 21, the next chance for him to take the field will be on July 25 against Atalanta United in Group J. That match will also be played at Inter Miami’s home stadium.

But, when will Messi make his MLS debut? The league debut for the Argentine superstar is still a month away – with a match against Charlotte FC on August 20 the next chance for him. Inter Miami will be looking to end their 11-game winless run in the MLS once Messi takes to the field.

He will be joined by former Barcelona captain and teammate Sergio Busquets, and potentially, Jordi Alba as well.
