LG Unveils 2024 LG Gram Laptops: Enhanced OLED Displays and Advanced AI Capabilities

LG Electronics has revealed its 2024 LG Gram lineup, showcasing top-tier specifications, cutting-edge AI capabilities, extended battery life, and exceptionally lightweight and durable designs.

All About the New LG Gram 2024 Laptops

Leading the series are the LG Gram Pro laptops (models 16Z90SP and 17Z90SP) featuring an Intel Core Ultra processor with a hybrid architecture, an NVMe PCIe 4.0 SSD, and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 graphics card. These Pro models boast Intel AI Boost, incorporating Intel’s neural processing unit (NPU) capable of handling AI workloads even without a network connection.

Enhancing compatibility, the 2024 LG Gram lineup introduces the LG Gram Link app, streamlining file sharing, photo transfers, and screen mirroring between LG Gram (Windows) and Android or iOS devices. The app includes an AI function that intelligently categorizes stored photos, simplifying image searches through keyword identification.

Ideal for professionals on the move, the new 16 and 17-inch LG gram Pro models feature a Wide Quad XGA resolution (WQXGA / 2,560 x 1,600) IPS display, with the 16-inch variant also offering a WQXGA+ (2,880 x 1,800) resolution OLED display. Connectivity options include Thunderbolt 4, USB Type-C, USB Type-A, and HDMI ports.

LG introduced new LG gram laptops in 17, 16, 15, and 14-inch sizes (models 17Z90S, 16Z90S, 15Z90S, and 14Z90S) with ultralight designs, prolonged battery life, Intel Core Ultra processors, and NVMe PCIe 4.0 SSDs. The LG Gram Pro 2-in-1 (model 16T90SP) stands out as the lightest 16-inch 2-in-1 laptop, featuring a WQXGA+ resolution OLED display, a 4-way super-slim bezel design, a responsive touchscreen, and an Intel Core Ultra processor.

YS Lee, Vice President and Head of the IT Business Unit at LG Electronics Business Solutions Company, remarked, “The LG Gram Pro series introduces an exciting, new product range combining ultra-slim design with powerful performance. We will continue to expand the LG Gram series, providing portable, high-spec devices that deliver a premium user experience.”
