LG Launches Radio+: Ad-Supported Audio Streaming for Smart TVs

LG has introduced a new audio streaming service that includes ads, which should add some excitement to the lives of its smart TV users. This service combines podcast content from multiple platforms with tentpole radio programs through a partnership with Radioline, an established provider of radio and audio. More than 14,500 channels in the U.S. and over 440 channels in Korea are available.

Users will require an LG smart TV powered by webOS 6.0 or above to access Radio+. Available through the LG Content Store, users can check out the wide range of radio and podcast content available through the app. Moreover, LG Radio secures over-the-air through the LG ThinQ app in 2025, which allows Radio+ to reach a wider audience and have more access to users across LG’s ecosystem of devices.
