The Chinese based OEM has been making some great laptops off late and its new Yoga Slim 7 Pro is no exception. Powered by the latest Ryzen 4000H gaming APUs, these laptops are powerhouses, also do not this is first time ever we are seeing an gaming APU used on Yoga lineup. This is probably an inspiration from Dell who uses the same approach for their XPS lineup but with Intel gaming CPUs.
Dell’s recent XPS lineup with 16:10 screens have stormed the industry and people seem to be liking this new trend, to go with the trend, the innovative brand Lenovo brings new Yoga Slim 7 Pro with 14-inch 16:10 display. Obviously the laptop has some pretty thin bezels at the sides and the bottom to secure a 91% screen to body ratio.
Much like the Dell XPS series, the display is very color accurate too, as it comes with 300 nits brightness with a resolution of 2,240 x 1,400 and 400 nits brightness with a resolution of 2,880 x 1,800. Both of the displays cover 100% sRGB color gamut, so professional work won’t be a problem at all.
The laptop is a premium one with an aluminum chassis in silver or grey color variant and weighs just 1.45 kg. Coming to the performance, you get to choose between the Ryzen 5 4600H, Ryzen 7 4800H and Ryzen 9 4900H processors, all of them operating at 45 W TDP, so giving you extreme performance although coming in a slim chassis. It is paired with up to 16 GB LPDDR4X dual channel memory and 1TB NVMe SSD.
For audio, the laptop also provides you with 2 W stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support. On the connectivity front, you get both WiFi 6 and Bluetooth 5.0 options, also the Yoga Slim 7 Pro supports Alexa voice assistant.
For the ports, you get 2 USB Type-C with full functionalities including fast charging, a USB Type-A, and a headphone/mic jack. The battery life seems to be very promising with up to 17 hours max battery backup on a single charge, also Lenovo promises 2 hours of usage with just 15 minutes of charge.

The Lenovo Yoga Slim 7 Pro will make its way to the EMEA region this month itself along with a starting price of €799, however, the availability of this laptop will depend country wise.
