Lenovo announced a heck of many products at its launch event yesterday, including a lot of new AMD Ryzen 5000 powered laptops. Apart from the YOGA 14c Ryzen Edition 2021, which is defies everything with its performance, you also have a more premium Lenovo Yoga 13s, powered by the new AMD Ryzen 5 5600U.
Powered by the new AMD Ryzen 5000U mobile processors, these Yoga laptops are quite powerful even though they are quite slim and low profile. The Lenovo Yoga 13s 2021 Ryzen Edition is a premium laptop with a 13.3-inch FHD touch display with a modern 16:10 aspect ratio.
It has a wonderful resolution of 2560×1600 and covers 100% sRGB high colour gamut, and is Rhine TUV low blue light certified. The display also supports DC dimming without flicker and finally comes with Dolby Vision support for endless entertainment.
The laptop has a premium finish with multiple complex processes to create a refined metal body, weighing just 1.22kg and has only 13.8mm thickness.
It is equipped with 16GB dual-channel LPDDR4X- 4266Â high-frequency memory + 512GB NVMe SSD. It features a dual full-featured USB-C interface, supports charging via a standard 65W portable PD charger.
The laptop comes with a built-in 50Wh large battery that should give good battery life with the efficient AMD chip inside it. It also supports PD fast charging, and can charge about 80% in 1 hour.Â
The new Lenovo Yoga 13s also sports dual speakers, supports social panoramic sound, faces recognition with Windows Hello while intelligently automatically locks the screen when people walk in front of the IR webcam. Much like the YOGA 14c Ryzen Edition 2021, the new Lenovo Yoga 13s 2021 Ryzen Edition will be up for pre-sale on June 1st while fully available from 11th June in China.
