Lenovo has unveiled some new products at the ongoing CES 2023 technology show. The Motorola ThinkPhone, one of its flagship products, has also gone official. At CES 2023, the company also unveiled a new tablet called the Lenovo Tab Extreme.
The Lenovo Tab Extreme has a large 14.5-inch OLED display with a resolution of 3000 x 1876 pixels and a refresh rate of up to 120Hz. It is compatible with Dolby Vision and HDR10+. The tablet includes support for the Precision Pen 3 as well as optional accessories such as the Tab Extreme Keyboard and Tab Extreme Folio.
The Tab Extreme is powered by the Density 9000 chipset, has 12 GB of RAM, 256 GB of storage, and a massive 12,300mAh battery that can last up to 12 hours of video playback. A 68W charger is included with the device.
On the front of the Lenovo Tab Extreme is a 13-megapixel ultra-wide camera with an RGB sensor. It has a 13-megapixel main camera with autofocus and a 5-megapixel fixed-focus auxiliary camera on the back panel.
The Tab Extreme includes Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, a USB-C 3.2 Gen 1 charging port, Display Out, reverse charging, and audio. In terms of audio, the tablet features octa JBL speakers with Dolby Atmos support. It has a microSD card slot for additional storage. The device has dimensions of 327.8 x 210.8 x 5.85mm and weighs approximately 740 grammes.
The Tab Extreme is expected to arrive in the United States in late 2023. It will cost $1,199 and will only be available in Storm Grey. There is no word on whether it will be available in other markets.
