Yesterday, Lenovo in China had launched a whopping 38 new products, and among them, the YOGA 14c Ryzen Edition 2021 is an important announcement. Powered by the new AMD Ryzen 5000U mobile processors, these Yoga laptops are quite powerful even though they are quite slim and low profile.
Coming to performance, the YOGA 14c can be equipped with up to AMD Ryzen 7 5800U that can draw up to 22W TDP in performance mode. It is paired with up to 16GB dual-channel LPDDR4X- 4266 high-frequency memory and 512GB NVMe SSD.
Coming to the display, the laptop sports a 14-inch FHD touch display with 1920×1080 resolution and 72% NTSC high colour gamut. Being a 2-in-1 laptop, the laptop’s hinge supports a 360° free flip while the display also supports 10-point touch and comes standard with a 4096-level pressure-sensitive stylus.
The display of the laptop supports screen note function, supports Intelligent adjustment of screen brightness, DC dimming without flicker, support Dolby Vision. So, by specs, you can guess the laptop does seem to have a modern, colour-accurate touch display.
The new Lenovo YOGA 14c Ryzen Edition 2021 weighs just 1.41kg and has a thickness of just 15.68mm; it provides dual full-featured USB-C ports, USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 ports. The laptop can be charged with a 65W portable PD charger while still be equipped with a 71Wh battery and supports PD fast charging.
There’s only one varainat of the YOGA 14c Ryzen Edition 2021 launched, it comes with the new AMD Ryzen 7 5800U with 8 Zen 3 cores and 16 threads, 16GB RAM and 512GB SSD, it has been priced at 5999 yuan or Rs. 68,194 or 937.86USD. The pre-sale of the laptop starts on June 1st while fully available from 11th June in China.
