Cengiz Under joined Serie A side AS Roma from Istanbul Basaksehir in 2017. Since then he has scored 17 goals in 88 appearances in all competitions for the Giallorosso.
The Turkey international also has 21 caps, having made his international debut in 2016.
Roma wants to sell the player as he has failed to feature in the starting XI regularly, though he has a lot of potential.
Leicester City was interested in Barcelona’s Francisco Trincao but the Catalan club has refused to sell the winger. The Premier League club has now turned their eyes on AS Roma winger Cengiz Under.
According to transfer journalist Fabrizio Romano, Leicester City has bid €3m loan + €24m obligation to buy for Cengiz Under and it has been accepted by Roma. The official announcement will be made soon.

Leicester City has offered Under a five-year contract until 2025 and personal terms have also been agreed. The 23-year-old is left-footed but he often plays on the right-wing.
Brendan Rogers wants to strengthen his attacking options in order to challenge for a Top 4 spot, which they missed narrowly last season.
